Find your way back to yourself
when home feels far away
For people living abroad, in cross-cultural relationships, families and identities.
for anyone feeling unsettled, exhausted, or disconnected.
If this feels familiar
Maybe you live between languages, cultures, roles and expectations.
Maybe you are in a relationship where love exists,
but understanding feels harder.
Maybe you are raising a family far from the support you had imagined.
Maybe you’re doing “fine”
but you don’t feel at ease anywhere anymore.
Migration and major life transitions affect
identity, the nervous system, and the body.
They can show up as:
constant tension or fatigue
emotional distance or relationship strain
feeling disconnected from yourself
functioning on the outside, while feeling depleted inside
If you recognise yourself in this, it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
It means your system has been adapting for a long time.
What noone Really sees
You can Change the Narrative
Therapy can be a place to:
feeling at home in your body
slowing down survival mode
connecting without losing yourself
building a sense of home from the inside out
living abroad without constantly burning out
finding rhythm, steadiness, and meaning
allowing all parts of your identity to exist
Therapy is not about fixing you.
It is about supporting what is already trying to heal.
How we Can work together
I see you.
I know what you are going through, because I have been moving around my whole life until I finally moved from from Greece to Finland in 2013, and I know firsthand what it means to build a life far from what feels familiar, to adapt, to hold multiple identities, and to keep going even when your body and mind is tired.
I have been working in psychotherapy for over 16 years as well as in wellness for 9 years, and my work is deeply shaped by my own migration experience.
In our work together, I don’t rush you or push for quick solutions.
We move at a pace your nervous system can handle, with attention to safety, relationship, and what your body is carrying alongside your words.
Together we create a relationship through psychotherapeutic depth and somatic and wellness-based practices, not to fix or perform, but to create the conditions for real, embodied change in your body, your relationships, and your everyday life.
This is a space where you don’t have to explain yourself perfectly or hold everything together.
All parts of you-old, new, and yet to be discovered-are welcome.
Who I work with
Migrants & expats
Cross-cultural couples
Families living abroad
People shaped by long-term stress, instability, or early relational experiences.
Anyone seeking support, care, or a space to talk, especially during difficult or transitional periods in life.
While much of my work focuses on migration and cultural transitions,
you don’t need to fit into a category to be here. Therapy is for everyone.
If something resonates, you’re welcome.
